We’re looking for a Space Manager to join our dynamic Commercial Excellence team, with the possibility to shape how our assortment and shelf space meet customer expectations, reflect emerging trends, and drive commercial success across both the Matas and KICKS banners.
The Role:
As Space Manager, you will play a central role in translating customer insights and commercial strategy into tangible, localized in-store experiences. You’ll be responsible for optimizing shelf space and product placements using advanced data, shopper navigation principles, and category strategies.
As part of the Group Space Management team, you will take part in executing space changes and ensure our +500 stores have updated and correct planogram for all product categories.
You will collaborate closely with experienced Space Managers as well as our colleagues in Commercial Excellence, Category and the Sales Division. We take pride in ensuring that every meter of shelf space reflects customer demand, category goals, and commercial performance while facilitating changes for our store operations teams. Our commercial ambitions are high, aiming to “Win the Nordics” by increasing number of stores as well leveraging assortment to our customers.
You will be reporting to the Head of Space Management, part of the Matas Group Commercial Excellence team.
