Technical Product Owner / Super User for Matas Group - Maternity Cover

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Super user who will help manage and develop our Campaign Planning system Encodify, supporting the Marketing organization and ensuring the platform runs smoothly in close collaboration with business users and external consultants.

This position is a maternity cover, and we are ideally looking for someone who can start around April 1st. The position is expected to run for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the system, supporting users, configuring new functionality, and ensuring the platform continues to support our campaign planning processes effectively.

At the same time, Matas Group is in the process of bringing together the IT organizations of Matas and KICKS, creating a shared Nordic IT landscape. As part of this transformation, you will also collaborate across teams and participate in projects that impact the campaign planning platform.

Your main responsibilities

• Help manager and develop the Encodify campaign planning platform
• Act as primary contact between Matas and the external Encodify consultants
• Configure and optimize the system (e.g. workflows, fields, views and dashboards)
• Handle second-line support and coordinate incoming support requests from users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
• Ensure integrations between Encodify and other systems are functioning correctly
• Support business users and help improve their usage of the platform
• Coordinate development, testing and releases 
• Maintain documentation and system knowledge
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues
• Participate in projects and initiatives that impact the campaign planning platform

As the system is used by a large number of users across the organization, part of the role will involve supporting users and helping them navigate the system, making the position a combination of product ownership and super user support.

What we are looking for

• A few years of experience from a role such as Application Specialist, System Administrator, Technical Product Owner, Product Owner or similar
• Experience working with business applications close to marketing or campaign planning processes
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and user support
• Ability to translate business needs into system configuration or technical requirements
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• A structured and analytical approach to problem solving
• Fluent in Danish and English
